remarks:
all vsl speed and consumption basis smooth sea/good weather defined as winds up to
and including beaufort force 3 and douglas sea state 2, on even keel in deep water
with clean bottom and maximum sea temperature of 28 degree celcius and without
reverse current.
vessel has liberty of using lsmgo or mdo when manoeuvring, in/out of ports, navigation
in shallow/restricted/foggy/busy waters, canals, channels, rivers and any starting
and stopping of aux eng. berthing/departure, etc.
